Something the French strove for during all these years has finally come true!
Fighters, promoters, journalists related to MMA pressed towards this goal and on the 27-th of January MMA FFFCDA (Fédération Française de Full Contact et Disciplines Associées) was legalized. The Federation is led by Bertrand Amoussou.
Based on preliminary information the peculiar rules of the championships under MMA FFFCDA will include: any elbows are banned, any knees and legs against the opponent who is in the parter are banned, too.
