November, 11 Fedor was awarded with a honorary order of Peter the Great of the first degree.
The National Public Award Committee representatives came to Prague in order to award Fedor.
Peter the Great order is an eightpoint goldish star with a portrait of Peter the First on a white enamel background in the centre of it.
Russian citizens can receive this award for exceptional courage, valor and heroism, for highly ranked achievements in national, scientific, cultural, social or philantrophic activities aimed at the strengthening of the Russian State.
Fedor was awarded this order of the first (highest) degree for an important contribution to the development of the Russian sport.
